Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 9, 2026
Dolce Domani (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an independent Italy relocation and property consulting service operated by Nicola Stampone, based in New Jersey, USA. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose — if anything is unclear, ask us.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, fill out a form, or work with us, you may share your name, email address, phone number, and details about your relocation plans — which can include personal, family, and financial circumstances relevant to a move to Italy. You decide what to share; we only ask for what we need to advise you well.
Payment information. All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank details — Stripe handles those under its own privacy policy and security standards.
Scheduling information. Calls are booked through Cal.com, which collects the details you enter when scheduling (name, email, and any notes you add).
Website data. Like most websites, this site may use cookies and standard analytics to understand how visitors use it — things like pages visited, general location, and device type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct consultations
- To deliver the services you engage us for — planning, research, and coordination for your move
- To send you information you’ve asked for about our services
- To process payments and keep required business and tax records
- To improve our website and services
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing emails you haven’t asked for.
When We Share Information
Your relocation may involve independent professionals — notaries, attorneys, tax advisors, real estate agents, translators. We share your information with them only with your consent, and only what is needed for the task at hand. These professionals work for you directly and handle your information under their own obligations.
We also use trusted service providers to run our business — payment processing (Stripe), scheduling (Cal.com), email, and website hosting. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Where Your Data Lives
Dolce Domani operates in both the United States and Italy. Your information may be processed in either country as part of delivering our services. Wherever it is, we apply the same standard of care described in this policy.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information for as long as needed to deliver the services and to meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations. When it’s no longer needed, we delete it.
Your Rights
You can always ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information, where we’re not legally required to keep it
- Stop sending you emails — every message we send includes a way to opt out
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we’ll respond promptly.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and we work with providers (like Stripe) that maintain industry-standard security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we treat your information with the same care we’d want for our own family’s.
Children
Our services are for adults planning a relocation. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to Other Sites
Our site links to third-party services such as Cal.com and Stripe. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to read.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date. Meaningful changes will be flagged clearly, not buried.
