Nick was born in Italy and has spent more than forty-five years in American real estate — a licensed REALTOR® since 1980, now with Coldwell Banker Realty in New Jersey and Florida. He has guided hundreds of families through the biggest purchase of their lives, and he brings that same steadiness to the move he knows personally: the one between Italy and the United States.
He is a Certified International Property Specialist, fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, and — ask anyone who has worked with him — a talker in the best sense. Every engagement starts and ends with Nick. There is no handoff, no junior associate, no call center. The same person, the whole time.

Tamara is Nick's daughter — a dual U.S.-Italian citizen who made the move herself and now lives in Italy full time. She handles the machinery of every engagement: scheduling, coordination, documents, and follow-through, so your time with Nick is spent on the conversations that matter.
Because she lives in Italy year-round, questions don't wait for a time zone to catch up. Whether Nick is stateside or on one of his trips to Italy, there is always someone from Dolce Domani awake, on the ground, and moving your file forward.
